I personally wouldnt take the chance. A 3 year prison sentence in some 3rd world shit hole for being busted with a fake vax card doesn't sound like a good idea to me.

That is probably the case with most restaurants and bars. However, providing a fake vax card to government officials is another story. The card itself is pretty flimsy and has a bunch of numbers that could be faked. It would probably be pretty easy to fake it. However, the risk is if you are in a blue state that is serious about prosecuting people using fake vax cards. Move to Florida, our governor won't stand for vaccination passports.
